I really love the food, but I have to rate this place three stars mainly because of the service. The other day, I placed an online order around 8 PM and was given a pickup time of about 15 minutes. I waited an extra 20 minutes just to be safe, but when I arrived, the place was empty. One employee was on her phone, while another was just wandering around, and my order receipt was sitting on the counter—they hadn't even started making my two subs. I ended up waiting another 5+ minutes for my food, even though there was no line and nothing else happening. Today, I thought it might just be a one-time issue, so I tried again. This time, I even waited longer before heading out to pick up my order...
