The Place looks pretty clean and organized as most locations usually do. The customer service could use some improvement, aside from the fact that the employees don’t know the menu the lead female seemed anxious or bothered not a customer friendly person I would say. She literally threw what she wanted in my sandwich ? and made face gestures as told her what to put in it but didn’t listen. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my coworkers nor come back… ??
This is the go-to Jersey Mikes or anyone looking for a great sub! Carson, one of the employees. always provides great service with a positive demeanor. This employee is what makes this restaurant shine! His personal attention shows as I can imagine he makes every customer feel special to this establishment. Thanks again Jersey Mikes (and Carson) for another great sandwhich!
Hands down, this is the best Jersey Mike's location there is. Jordan Baker runs such a professional store. Every employee is courteous and very helpful. You will never see lettuce that is browning, which is my litmus test as to whether the produce is fresh. I'm so grateful this location is near my house. Thank you so much Jersey Mike's staff!!!
I had a disappointing experience with my order from Jersey Mike's. One of the sandwiches hardly had any of the "Mike's Way" toppings, making it quite bland. I also requested extra peppers on the cheesesteak, but received a sandwich that was almost entirely peppers with very little meat. Both my husband and I were left unsatisfied with our meal. I met Jordan and Tony at a MIXPO. They were kind enough to bring sandwiches! I tried the turkey with provolone. The sandwich was fresh, flavor-packed, and extremely satisfyingIf you don't want to have carbs, they also have a bowl. I highly recommend this Jersey Mike's. The staff was so courteous and friendly.
