The team seemed to be a bit overwhelmed, likely due to DoorDash or online orders. However, they were all very friendly, attentive, and patient. They let me know they would be with me shortly and even apologized before taking my order. It was clear that they worked well together and remained calm under the pressure of a busy rush. When I left, they thanked me for my patience. Overall, it was a fantastic staff and a great experience.
I ordered a Chipotle chicken sub, but they forgot the Chipotle! It wasn’t even busy—there was only one person in front of me who had already ordered and another who just came in to place theirs. How do you forget such a key ingredient? It’s right there in the name!
They were so nice. They made my sandwich with love. Very very clean which is a plus. And both staff members I interacted with on 7/2/24 were very warm, welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this jersey mikes location.

The supervisor is very friendly and always creates a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the sandwiches are truly exceptional—definitely five stars!
I waited 20 minutes and then two customers that came in after me and order the same thing I did at there food before I got mine.
I really like their flavors. Probably the best national hoagie chain, but here in NJ, the local bread beats theirs by a mile.
