Jersey Mike's Subs

This place honestly has horrible customer service. Every time we have gone in they are trying to close early. When customers walk in they don’t say hello or acknowledge the fact that we are standing there. They have the most unwelcoming faces and attitude. This last time i went in with my husband the open light was off even though it was 8pm. When we approached the glass we were greeted with “We are only serving cold subs right now.” With no talking and serious faces they barley even asked what we wanted in the sandwich, didn’t care to explain any toppings or anything.(note: it’s only my second time in this place They then spread the mayo with a LID of the little sauce containers. Disappointed in this nation's experience. Waited almost 30 minutes just to have our order taken with only one person ahead of us. Two staff members working, but they were so concentrated on churning out online orders coming in that the in store line grew. Two patrons just left after waiting over 10 minutes. I don't fault the staff, but rather management for not staffing enough. Food was fine and tasty, but in and out time was over 40 minutes.

I have never had an online order fulfilled correctly. Items missing, special instructions not carried out, or items that I asked to not be on was placed on. The food itself is good and I don’t mind paying the price, but with that said, why have a tip option? Should I be obligated to pay more for something that is incorrect?

he stopped at jersey mike to get a sub to come home for dinner. the best subs they can buy and they are I believe in any state. make sure they pass and try a sub they will be very happy they
