On 10/25/23, I ordered three sandwiches from the location in Tinley Park, IL. The cashier touched my sandwich without changing gloves to wrap it up. When I asked him if another sandwich could be made because of the cross contamination, he started to gaslight me saying he doesn’t see the problem. Then, he kept saying he could cancel my whole order and become very condescending. I was very upset by his passive aggressive behavior and rude customer service that I just left. This employee should not be interacting with the public and is a disgrace to the Jersey Mikes brand.

Very unprofessional this is the second time i’ve ordered from here off the app and go in to hear that something of theirs is out of stock if there out of stock they should say that on the app , first it’s there ranch then we never got our money back, and now they ran of of lettuce i’m hoping i get my money back this time, NEVER order off the app from this location or better yet never go here. Orland park is way better in every way from service and food next time i’ll make the trip.
Love this location Amanda is my favorite here. She recommended a sub to me the first time I came in. She and the rest of the crew have a great attitude and Amanda goes the extra mile everyone I come in here to give the best possible customer service. I worked in customer service for years. Her customer service is absolutely exceptional. I recommend this location. The food is excellent! Réservez une table maintenant
