So I went in yesterday morning with my wife to get a couple sandwiches for us now I really don’t do reviews like this but I have to for this. The lady in the front slicing the meat was very rude and loud the place was very dirty and they made our sandwiches horrible it’s like it was done bad intentions. The guy up front with the braids also was not professional and acted like he had a problem with me snatched my money out of my hand and then gave me my change back with an attitude not a thank you or anything he just gave us a bad look. I’ve always loved Jersey Mike’s, but my recent experience at the Totowa location left me disappointed. While the customer service was friendly, the sandwiches were very lacking. They contained little to no meat, and when I inquired about it, the employee assured me there was meat. The turkey sandwich was soaked with moisture and stuffed with so much lettuce that it was practically devoid of meat. The third sandwich, a steak and cheese, also had barely any meat. I was really let down when I got home, especially since I had planned on having it for dinner. In contrast, I usually visit the West Orange location and have never had this issue. Spending $58 and feeling unsatisfied was frustrating....
The place was clean and I was able to walk right in and order. I ordered my favorite the ITALIAN ?.They forgot to add the banana peppers but it was still GOOD.
I feel deceived because I had a coupon for buy one regular sub and get one free. Instead, they overcharged me $12.00 for a regular Italian sub.

Called to tell them they gave us the wrong order. Then they answered had attitude, left the phone on the counter then hung up. DONT
Personally, I've never had any issues with this Jersey Mike's. It's always my go-to spot for lunch! ☺️
Doors closed at 8:35pm while google says they’re open till 9pm. Bad
