The initial mistake is that my wife told me that she placed the order under my name. When I entered the store there were four employees behind the counter, exactly one order in the pickup area, and zero pending orders on the counter. When I was greeted, I gave my name and told them I was picking up an order. The first girl glanced at the pickup order, then they all froze a moment. Their eyes kind of glossed over and I could actually see their brains begin to spit out error messages. They began to wander about in little circles approximately three feet around their starting positions, their faces gone slack and without expression. NEGATIVE STARS FOR THIS CRAPPY ESTABLISHMENT !! Come on guys get your sh together ! First management needs to come and see how dirty this place is ! Flies buzzing around every where and a bunch of BOYS making a ton of sandwiches back to back and touching all the equipment and every surface possible and never ONCE changing gloves ! I'm a manager and I noticed this immediately ! Different gloves for every sandwich that's a bare minimum ! Second we asked for a Big chicken Kahuna and a chicken cheesesteak which one comes with mushrooms and jalapeños and one doesn't that's the ONLY difference and they were so damn lazy they made two of the same sandwiches like what is the deal here that's beyond...
Second, the service was dreadful. I ordered a regular #9 and a regular #16 without cheese and peppers, both on rosemary Parmesan bread. After paying, I waited for my order, but it seemed like the staff focused more on online orders than on customers waiting in line. After what felt like a 10-minute wait, my name was finally called, but I only received my #16.
I waited an additional five minutes before asking the cashier about the rest of my order. I discovered that my sandwich was still being made at the counter. When I inquired why my order wasn't given to me all at once, my question was met with indifference.

I placed a mobile order for an Italian sub without oil and vinegar. When I arrived, they were still preparing my sub, and I noticed the staff member adding oil and vinegar. When I asked him if he had added it, he insisted he hadn’t. However, when I opened the sub, I could clearly smell the oil and vinegar. I requested a new sandwich, which took an additional 10 minutes to prepare. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive an apology for the mix-up, nor was there any acknowledgment of my wait for the replacement sub. Overall, I was really disappointed with the service.

Went in tonight on 11/8/23, ordered a #56. Watched them make the sandwich and mess it up. Transfer the meat over to a new bread slice, once I got the food and went home there was little to no meat or peppers in my Philly cheese. I paid 20 for the worst Philly cheese Iv ever had here. 20 F*cking !!!!
It's my first time here or any of Jersey's Mike's. The kids who work there, Amazing Although they are probably in college I loved my the original Italian sub with extra tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, and jalapeños made Mike's way.
I placed an order and waited, but as time passed, everyone behind me was served while my sandwich was never even started. I ended up leaving.
Bless this place and the people that work there. The school kids come and swamp them. They kept their own. With great service still.
