I placed an online order for a tuna sandwich and chips at this Jersey Mikes 42 days ago.When I arrived I was told they were currently out of tuna at which point I asked for a refund and was told I would receive the refund in 2-3 business days.After three phone calls to the store and reaching out to customer service twice. I have still not received the refund for the meal I never received.

For some reason the option to order a gluten-free sub is never available to order online through the app. When 1 out of 3 family members is gluten-free this is a typical go to option.
