This Jersey Mike's has gone down hill. The attendants were out back smoking. The Mayo and some of the veggies were not sitting in the chiller, for who knows how long. The person making the sandwiches did not where a beard net. Very disappointing.UPDATE.Have revisited a couple of times recently. Staff were on duty, bright and polite. Very positive experience. Back to the Jersey Miles I expect and enjoy
Half of Springfield was without power,I8 called to see if they were open and the staff person that answered the phone said we sure are, come down and see us !!!Dietary restrictions: One sandwich was gluten free and they inquired several times while making the sandwich to be sure it was made to our liking.
First time visit. I love the fact that meats are sliced right on the spot. The tomatoes looked super fresh, red in color, as a tomato should be. Server was up beat! Happy to great the customer. Offered me a free cookie for a rookie!! Definitely, will be coming back.
Excellent service...all staff were very kind and polite. Food was amazing. Best sub sandwich I have had in quite some time. Prices seemed to be a bit higher then usual but that's the case everwhere right now. Réservez une table maintenant
