Jersey Mike's Subs

Me and my sister wanted to get a quick bite after both working all day. We go to this Jersey Mike’s Location at around 8:10pm, knowing they close at 9. Despite it being later in the day and we were the only customers in there, they were very friendly and accommodating. We also ate inside and they did not rush us to close the restaurant. The friendly cashier asked us about our days and what he could help us with. We made a couple of special requests in our order, and he did them all happily. We ordered subs on Tuesday, 4/9 for pickup unfortunately when we returned home, we realized that we were short subs. I called the store talked to the manager who apologized for the mistake offered to make us the missing sandwiches or refund the money to our credit card. We accepted the refund was told it would take 2-3 days . This morning we were notified that the money had been refunded. The staff could not have been more accommodating.

The food here is superior to other hoagies shops around town. We had a little problem with our delivery and the manager was very willing to help us and she went above and beyond. If you’re ever in the mood for a great hoagie, be sure to try out Jersey Mikes! We will be back!

Ordered pickup at this location since I was in the this area. Order was not ready when I arrived and the both sandwiches were made incorrectly. Not sure if the worker who the made the sandwiches was new and I unfortunately did not notice until I was home.
