I will never come back to this location! Entering the store, it was very dirty, with Burnt bacon on the stove, and staff standing around looking confused.The manager Ashley came out to assist us however she was taking people's orders with gloves on using a pen and paper with those same gloves she started to make our sandwiches. So I asked her to change her gloves and she made a smart comment I asked her do she not think that that was unsanitary she said they don't have to change their gloves.. Ma’am WHAT? I told her that, that's okay I'll go somewhere else she said okay have a great day! I informed her that she was training her staff the wrong way! Ashley was very unprofessional, unsanitary....

I never thought I would have to ask for bacon on the club sub but the young man was rushing us through the line and never put the Bacon on at all. It’s a shame you spend your money and can’t get what you want. And then I don’t know if she was being smart but I asked for hots but I can’t eat this sandwich I asked for the hot spread that I normally her it’s so many hots on here the sandwich is ruined !! I wanted to try the cheesesteak because it looked good when I walked in and saw the man making it but this sandwich is horrible. I never have any problems out of the one in Whitemarsh, or Glenburnie where I work or Eastern Ave but I will not be returning to this location!!

Maybe next time will be better I’m usually not taken back by service. Went here a few days ago and got a mobile order. To their credit, it was another 40 min until the order was supposed to be ready but I had finished my stuff up early. Figured I could go and just sit and wait while the made it, wasn’t expecting it to just be ready. But the workers were so rude. Angry that I had come early even though there was nobody even in there. I get it the order was supposed to be ready later than this but geez didn’t think it would be that big of a deal it’s just as if I was standing in line.

Timonium is the only one that isn’t good . I got steak sub bread was stale . I like just steak and lettuce on it , it took a lot for them to understand that. Meat wasn’t good . It’s a shame . I guess it’s the manager. Don’t want to drive to Hunt Valley to get one . So I don’t anymore . Please someone do something for the people . Terrible service and not clean. One worker running the register had a hoodie on and never changed gloves while texting and cleaning and touching food. I came in for takeout and told them my name and got no response I had to go up again after all the employees walked away to even see if my order was ready. There was one other customer in the store!

The most unpleasant staff I have probably ever encountered. It was as if I was bothering them when I came to pick up my order that I placed online and prepaid for. Food was fine but the staff’s attitude will prevent me from coming to this location again. Really unfortunate

We ordered a large catering box Friday night. It was ready on time first thing in the am and the crew working were all so very nice. Awesome work and thank you!!!

Jersey Mike's always has good quality subs and they taste really good. My only gripe is that it seems quite expensive for what you get compared to some other sub Réservez une table maintenant
