I would like to express my gratitude to this particular location for their exceptional service! I had an early morning appointment to get my car serviced, which ended up taking much longer than expected - 3 hours instead of the estimated 1.5 hours. By the time my car was finally ready, I was famished, especially being 4 months pregnant and experiencing increased hunger. I decided to order from Jersey Mike's for a quick meal. The portobello mushroom sub at this restaurant is fantastic! The staff are great, but there seems to be some issues with pricing due to corporate mistakes. The computers need to be updated and the correct prices need to be charged. I hope corporate will fix this issue. It would be helpful for the employees to display the correct prices provided by corporate, or for the site manager to review and verify all prices to prevent overcharging. Despite these issues, I am looking forward to my next visit with the hope of correct pricing. Overall, the portobello mushroom sub is fantastic and the people are great. Thank you for your response. I ordered a portobello steak salad to-go during my lunch break. When I got to work and opened it, I realized there were no mushrooms in it. There was a handwritten note on the bag saying they were out of mushrooms. It would have been nice to be informed about this when I picked up my order, as I would have chosen something else. I was not very happy with this experience.
