"The worst experience in my whole life. Camto buy a chicken sandwich, none of the workers could explain what the chicken is, grilled, boiled, roasted. One shot girl was on cashier machine, she was just terrible in service. Very disappointed Left with nothing but disappointment. That's not a service, guys. That's just a joke. So this was probably the BEST experience I've had at a Jersey Mike's (I go to Jersey Mike's a lot lol I think the girl who helped me was Cassandra but I could be wrong (that was the name on my receipt and the other girl that was with her was just as great! I felt welcomed the moment I walked in and loved to see that they acknowledged every customer that walked in too! On top of that, the sandwich was absolutely delicious! Great customer service and great food are a winning combination, and this team delivered both. I'll definitely be back! Great job management on this team who opened today May 29!
