Upon speaking with the manager, Brady, I explained what happened and he offered to remake my sandwich or give me a refund. I declined both options and expressed my intention to file a complaint. This led to a heated argument with another employee, Lean, who was aggressive and unprofessional towards me in front of other customers. Brady eventually examined the sandwich and the metal piece, offered a refund, and assured me he would inform his manager about the incident. Overall, I was disappointed by the poor handling of the situation and the hostile behavior of the staff. I will not be returning to Jersey Mike's in the future.

caught f here at jersey mikes in ashwaubenon went beyond and beyond helped me and the other customers as I experienced. a gentleman and a more taught to say the least. 110% helpful, polite and just right polite and beautiful all the time. I chose a sandwich with gluten-free bread, which they offer along with a separate slicer for those with allergies like celiac disease. The sandwich was a bit dry, possibly due to the GF bread. However, the staff was incredibly friendly.

The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious! I always make it a point to visit this restaurant whenever I'm on that side of the city.
