I hadn’t visited Jersey Mike’s in over a year but decided to drop by today. While I used to find the staff very friendly, my experience this time was different. Asking for an extra slice of tomato on my turkey sub seemed to cause some hassle. The turkey, cheese, and fresh veggies were good, but there was noticeably less meat than I remember. At $9.45 for a regular sub, I’m unsure if I’ll return. It was around 11 a.m., so the place was quiet, although they were busy with online orders. Previously, the sandwiches felt meatier and more worth the price, which was also lower back then. Maybe it was just an off day, but overall, it didn’t live up to my past experiences.
Terrible service at this Jersey Mike's location. I order from them often for large groups, but this place was disappointing. The manager was unprofessional and stingy. They didn’t provide any napkins and refused to wrap orders separately, which other locations have always done without issue. The manager even demanded extra payment for it, despite my order exceeding $150 and tipping the staff. The entire order, including the receipt, was messy and greasy. I recommend going to the location down the road instead—this one was embarrassing.
The manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. It was shocking how horrible he was. He made a mistake on a large order we had, —over 160 worth. He did not want to make a sandwich he forgot in the order. When we went back to the store to grab the sandwich he forgot to make he THREW it at us and was yelling! All we wanted was the sandwich that he forgot….. I hope corporate sees this because Jersey Mikes normally always has great service, just not this location.
Love Jersey Mike's, used to go to Subway until one day I went to Jersey Mike's and that was it. The sandwich was so much better quality, fresher ingredients, thin sliced better quality meats and cheese with more flavor and the bread is always fresh. The original Italian, Mike's way with banana peppers, Mayo and mustard is my favorite! The staff are always friendly! The place is always clean. Keep up the good work!:

I typically like Jersey Mike's, but during my last visit, I ordered the Philly steak and cheese, and it didn't resemble the picture on the website.
