This place is horrible. I advise all divine 9 to look for a different location. Jersey Mike on prince william parkway is probably the worst fast food spot in prince william county. Unfortunately, the service is below poor and the website does not help. Whether you order in line or go in and order the service is garbage. I don’t blame the staff but ownership and management are the culprits in this farce of a restaurant. Jersey mike should send its management and new staff to chick fil la to understand good customer service that is most important, not the time you close or convenience to staff to get off work on time. One thing that always happens is that once i pre-order, I usually get there like 10 minutes early and my “hot” sub would be ready and not so hot anymore. I can only imagine what it would taste like if i’d actually arrive to pick it up on time instead of earlier.It’s like they take the chance to make your sub with little effort when you’re not in front of them.I always add to make sure it’s hot in the additional instructions, and it’s always literally as cold as a cold sub. They don’t put napkins in the bag. All the other jersey mikes have a much better service.
On the other hand, the male employees are friendly and helpful, though they usually seem to be hidden away in the back when they could be assisting customers at the front. I really think the manager needs to have a conversation with the female staff about the importance of professionalism and friendly service. The atmosphere is uncomfortable from the moment you walk in, and I definitely won't be returning. For a better experience, I'd recommend the Jersey Mike's in Woodbridge, where the vibe is much more positive.
The Mike's FAMOUS PHILLY CHEESESTEAK sandwich is absolutely delicious! This was my third time trying it, and it did not disappoint. It was pleasantly quiet when I visited around 3 PM. I also ordered a CELSIUS Sparkling Energy Drink in Tropical Flavor with just 10 calories, and I will definitely get that again. The location is very convenient, just off the PW Parkway.

Delicious subs. They usually take extra long at this location. However the taste of the food and preparation make up for it. Always clean location too which is a plus. Half of the Staff is friendly which is better than none lol. 5 stars for the nice manager and subs always made correctly.
This place is ghetto trash. The employees are lazy, rude, unorganized and unsanitary. I guess Jersey Mikes just takes what they can get in hood-bridge. Also if you’re going to blast inappropriate music at least pick something better than mumble rap.
The food is good. You can tell they are under staffed, but they are also ALWAYS hiring.Kid-friendliness: The kid's meals are a good value, including a drink and a cookie. I haven't ever seen highchairs or booster seats, but they might have them
What I dont understand is why does my family have to be subjected to see this man's panty drawls whilst preparing food for paying customers? I dont know... you make the call. I chose not to eat from there. Disgusting.

The sandwich would have been much better if they had toasted the bread. However, I prefer them not to toast it at all. That's just my opinion!
