Jersey Mike's Subs

This place has really gone downhill. The last few visits the line has been long, very understandable during a lunch rush. I switched to online ordering and each time the sandwich got further and further from what i ordered, eventually it has just become the wrong sandwich entirely. Today, instead of remaking my sub they just offered me a handful of free coupons and to keep the sandwich I did not want, what good are the coupons if I don 't have 30 minutes to wait in line and the online ordering is wrong, and I can 't use the coupons online? I love Jersey Mike 's, but this location is a no-go anymore unfortunately.

Staff needs a training class in manners. Girl butchering the bread and meat was a biotch . Never in my life have ever experienced such a mouthie reaction to a request to re-cut a bun that was paper thin on the bottom. Basically said if you don 't like it that way...tuff that 's the way we do it and move on. Be careful what you wish for...I will go somewhere else. This store has always needed a staff that wasn 't in training ...simply just BAD BAD BADDDDDD!

There is so much oregano on this sandwich that I cannot even eat it. It tastes terrible! I'm really surprised because I have ordered Jersey Mike's many times and have never had a problem before. I contacted Door dash and they basically told me too bad. I'm so dissapointed to have an almost $20 sandwich go in the trash.

Yikes! Scared to eat my sandwich… snapped a quick picture of trash on the floor that included wrappers, used gloves, receipts, and food. Also pictured, the cashier who just handled money and is packaging up sandwiches with no gloves. (Not pictured: man with full length beard that had no cover making my sandwich)

I love the ppl who work here bc they AINT SLACKING. u say your order is for Ur butter, they write Ur butter on everything. Love
