My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. When I asked the staff member to reduce the amount of mayo on my sandwich, she scraped it off with her fingers, using the same hand to touch the bread afterward. When I pointed out that this didn’t seem sanitary, she dismissed my concerns, insisting it was fine because she was using her hands. She offered to remake my sandwich, and I requested that she only replace the top part of the bread. Unfortunately, she proceeded to do the same thing again, spreading mayo with her fingers and touching all other surfaces in the process. Do not order through the app; it's not worth it. I placed my order via the app and arrived at the scheduled time, only to wait another 15 minutes for my food. They seem to prioritize walk-in customers, as I watched people come and go while I was still waiting for my 1 PM order. I'm not sure why I thought pre-ordering would save me time—it turned out to be quite the opposite.

I placed a curbside order and had to wait 30 minutes after picking it up because no one came out to assist me. The staff was not very friendly during this time. My main concern is the lack of attention to curbside orders at the El Segundo location.

The chicken was cooked too salty, and I couldn't finish the whole sandwich. Sometimes it's prepared well, but other days it's terrible.

I had to try a cheesesteak, and Jersey Mike's definitely delivered. The bread is wonderfully fresh and tasty!
