I approached the woman standing next to the man wrapping subs, and she kindly assisted me. However, while waiting to place my order, I noticed several customers being served ahead of me, which confused me since I thought I could order right at the register. Instead of politely explaining that I needed to wait by the display case, they let me stand there without any guidance. It wasn’t until I asked why others were being helped before me that they told me I had to wait in line.
Fortunately, the manager on duty around 1 PM stepped in to help. He listened to my concerns and eased my frustration. By the time I was ready to pay, my order was comped due to the stress caused by the employee’s beha...
It was there today. Tuna has never been made with celery. Not happy I picked up my order on the line and they gave me another sandwich. It was a crash outside. Had to go all the way back when I realized I had the wrong order. I run with a bag dipped by the rain, they all look at me. Then someone comes to me. I tell them what happened, they looked at each other and went away and never said a word to me. I see they set up the order. By the way, your phone is broken, that I'm calling. Someone comes in, I guess the manager says the batteries are dead to get new ones. Very expensive the sandwiches are good only wish they would not place celery in the tuna.
Experience is still on going here! Excellent service by a woman I highly recommend who?s name escapes me. I believe her name starts with an ?N?. She?s got those Angel Blues. She demonstrated outstanding service with off the chart consideration for how much how little i cared to have in my meal. Come here this team provides skill and talent that mesh together to create a Hoogie. My bad Sandwich however it?s called here in Jersey.
During my work break, I wanted to grab a sandwich. Unfortunately, the 20-year-old staff member who prepared my order was extremely rude and ended up getting it wrong. He even added an unwanted ingredient to my sandwich. I can understand missing an ingredient, but it felt like he wasn’t listening to my order at all. I usually enjoy Jersey Mike's, but after this experience, I'm going to choose another place.

I stopped by Jersey Mike’s during my work break to get a sandwich. The young employee making my food was very rude, got my order wrong, and didn’t put enough meat on my sandwich. Usually, I can overlook a missing ingredient, but it seemed like he wasn’t paying attention to my order at all. I generally like Jersey Mike’s, but I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.
Hardworking dude made sure my order was perfect during a busy time! I watched a staff member open individual mustard packets and squeeze them on our subs because they must have run out and still wanted to get the order right! phenomenal customer service and management from whoever was in charge tonight!
This Jersey Mike’s is the worst—I always get my order wrong. The service is slow, the staff are disrespectful and have a bad attitude, and they can’t even remember your order.
