On April 12, 2024, I waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged while three staff members chatted amongst themselves. Two of them seemed completely unoccupied, and when someone finally approached me, she had an attitude, implying I should have spoken up sooner. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, and for the entire ten minutes, it felt like I didn't even exist. I'm not the one being paid to provide customer service, and this was very unprofessional.
Our sub was tasty and fresh and made better than expected. Loved the rosemary parmesan bread, it was amazing and will be our choice over regular white bread from now on. The staff was very attentive to our needs and concerns. This store touts double shore points on Tuesdays only. They just opened the store last week!
We accidentally ordered a repeat order online (we order Jersey Mike’s a lot! and we were at the Jersey Mikes before they made the subs we ordered thankfully. Amber was awesome and was able to refund us for the subs we accidentally ordered online. Terrific service and we will be coming back when we are in the area!

I arrived to order a sandwich and the person did not place the order correctly, he does not pay attention, I called to ask for my refund and they only say that they will give you another one for free, I don't want it for free, I want my money on my card
The service hands down the best!! Amber was just so happy and great with all staff definitely will be stopping by during my lunch hour ! Is great to know happy friendly people still exist that make anyone day ! Definable recommend this location!
Came in at 1pm the lady who cuts the meat acts like she doesn't want to work. She was kinda cold and rude to me. She also wiped the counter with what seemed like a dirty rag.
