I’m honestly so disappointed in this location. I visit here when I’m on my lunch breaks at work because it’s closest and every time I’m always disappointed. I continue to order in hopes that it’ll be better than the last time because I’ve loved Jersey mikes for years. Like 8 years. This location is skimpy on product and will give soggy toppings. I ALWAYS order extra cheese and it’s like paper thin every time. Not to mention I don’t understand their online order pickup procedure because they don’t put it in the pickup section and if I stand off to the side (out of the in-store order line) I won’t get acknowledged. When they finally decide to acknowledge me, they’re very passive. Like come on...
TODAY I CHOSE A MINI TURKEY PROVOLONE MIKE'S WAY WITH BACON.... THEY CHARGED ME $2.65 FOR ONE SLICE OF BACON!!! THAT IS STRAIGHT ROBBERY.... AND RIDICULOUSLY SAD!!! I MAY THINK TWICE ON ADDING BACON TO ANY OF MY MAYBE FUTURE SANDWICHES!!! AND THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE LOOK PRETTY MAD, NO SMILES ON THEIR FACES.... IF THEY DON'T LIKE THEIR JOB FIND ANOTHER!!
Unfortunately I didn’t have the same experience as others. I felt the workers did not want to be at their jobs today. Very short when asking for your order. Counter was full of bread crumbs and cut breads. I felt me ordering a sandwich was such an inconvenience.
The team here is great but they should just not accept online orders. They were backed up so much on a Sunday during lunch time. I had to wait 40 minutes for my order, as did most people. I would never come to this location again.

The service and food were terrible. There were six workers present, yet everything was very disappointing. I usually avoid that location from now on.
The staff was astoundingly rude and unprofessional. I'm not so much offended as I am disappointed. I had expected better.
Second best in LA, next to Boo’s. But, Where’s the ketchup jawn?? bottled soda is a bit flat, expiring in month..
Great classic Jersey Mike's subs, friendly staff, and comfortable seating both inside and outside for dining.
