Unfortunately the service at this particular Jersey Mike's is just TERRIBLE! My kids and I stopped in to order a turkey sandwich around 5:30 pm. There were 3 employees working behind the counter and none of them acknowledged our presence. We stood in frontof them for over 5 minutes and not even a hello or we'll be right with you. They all pretended they didn't see us. Thesandwiches are good and I enjoy their food but with service like that...... makes me not want to come back .
I am not sure if they were all new workers today but they all looked so lost. No real organization at all. And why isn't there any sugar for the ice tea. I paid for a ice tea and than when I asked for the sugar they said they don't have any. Won't begoing back to this location. I understand times are hard but still need organization
Delicious sandwiches and a welcoming staff! It can get quite crowded during peak hours because of pick-up orders (like DoorDash), but the wait is worth it. They have recently increased their prices a little, but they still offer competitive rates compared to other sandwich places.
What happened to the quality of sandwiches here? A giant supreme club mike's way so disappointing. For $20 a sandwich? Day old bread, skimped on meats and even had little to no lettuce. At this rate, mind as well just go to Subway. Réservez une table maintenant
I encountered a staff member named Mike who was quite rude and seemed to frequently invade the personal space of other employees. It gives off the impression that she may not have a boyfriend, which is why she's behaving this way.
I witnessed Mikah yelling at a customer after she made a mistake on their sandwich. Her behavior was very rude and unprofessional. She gives off the impression that she owns the place. I won’t be spending my money here again.
