Worst service ever, I went in to order a sub around 3:30 PM . I was the only one in the store. There were 2 people cooking on the grill- and a person at the cash register and 3 other employees walking around the store. I waited for 5 or 6 minutes toplace my sub order, but all 6 employees never made eye contact or asked what I wanted to order. I tried to catch their attentionbut they just kept ignoring me. I have been frequenting this location for the past couple of months and decided to write a review tonight after a wonderful experience. I ordered my sandwiches through the app and when i arrived at the store i saw no less than 16 orders being worked on. The crew was well organized and appeared to have zero stress. They communicated effectively and it was admirable to watch them work seamlessly as a team. Once my order was ready, a team member addressed me with a smile and told me to have a great night. I've been a regular customer here for some time now and I can say the turn-over rate here is high, the music is too loud, the service is poor and now they seem to short change you every time you pay in cash. I just paid $18.85 for a regular Italian Sub because the cashier short changed me again and didn't give me a receipt either; just like last week. You can say whatever you like but I gave you a Twenty Dollar Bill with a big red message stamped on the back of it. BTW, there's a new Jersey Mike's in White Oak and I'll be going there from now on. Enjoy Jersey Mike's as a chain. I have to give 3 stars because of the very mixed service I've had at this location. Order ahead for pickup seems to be the best option as they're kind of slow, particularly for hot sandwiches and the lunch rush can make thisa not quick stop. But the sandwiches themselves are good and while at times they have disappointed on the whole the location isclean and well kept.

When nothing stands out why do people continue to come? That?s pretty much how this place feels. Employees don?t want to be there and it shows in their actions and tone. Food was as expected but the vibe makes me want to go else where or drive to adifferent location.
Waited so long for sandwich ???? to find out they made the wrong Sandwich. Asked for phili cheese Steak the made a chicken. Too busy talking to each other; I had to repeatedly tell them what I want on it. Slow moving Lazy and pay no attention,Disrespectful.
They have the best subs around! I always get exactly what I order, and the only time there was a mistake was when someone forgot to note my request to leave out the lettuce on my sub.
