I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, largely thanks to one of the staff members, Matt P. He was extremely attentive and thorough while taking my order. His warmth and hospitality really made an impression and deserve recognition—he might even deserve a raise! The other staff members were friendly too, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, my visit provided the cozy, hometown vibe that I truly appreciate. I genuinely believe that "Quality People Equal a Quality Life."
We would like to recognize Jose at the Goldsboro location for his exceptional dedication to his job. While my wife and I were trying to set up our mobile account, we encountered some issues. Jose stayed on the phone with us until we successfully completed the setup. He was patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. His customer service exceeded our expectations. I've never had any major issues here. Occasionally, online orders come out wrong, but in-store orders are always excellent. They could improve by cleaning the knife better between sandwiches—I don't like getting mustard on my sub when they cut it, since I really dislike mustard.

What a great place to grab a sandwich! They truly understand customer service! Friendly and genuinely helpful. And the sandwiches are FABULOUS! Skip the other places and go to Jersey Mike's it's totally worth it!
This place ranks among the best bakeries in New Jersey. The customer service is exceptional, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. My wife and I always look forward to our visits here.
