So I'll start with I like the bagels, but when you walk in 20 minutes after they messed up an order for your family and they are talking bad about your wife because she told you the soda was flat and expired that's just trash. And when confronted with it, and asked for the owner, your reply is the owner is my boyfriend, good luck. We'll miss cook. You are not a nice human and should treat people better. You would get treated better if that happened. No one is going to be nice when you talk bad about a spouse.Also I have it all on recording so go ahead and say whatever you want in the reply. For context, I contribute significantly to this establishment each year: around $520 on coffee, another $500 on breakfast and bagels, and at least $500 for lunches and visits with my grandkids. I don’t visit the bar often, but when I do, it’s a minimum of $100 before tips. I always tip generously, so you can do the math on my overall contribution. The deli is a quaint, mom-and-pop style restaurant offering sandwiches, bagels, muffins, coffee, and more. On the other side, there is a local pub with standard pub food and a great selection of beers on tap, including local NJ craft beer. The atmosphere includes a pool table, a large round bar, and high tables. The crowd can be a bit rowdy at times, but overall everyone seems friendly.

I scanned the bar for a beer while watching karaoke. The service was quick and the bartender was friendly. After browsing the bar menu, we decided on Thai wings, zucchini sticks, and a cheese steak. It was a great deal for the price - everything arrived promptly and was perfectly cooked, hot, and made to order.
They have no issues selling expired good. The response when pointed out (since I took a sip and it tasted bad before I noted it was expired) was “so don’t buy it” from a very loud, and rude woman in the back cooking. *edited…it was the owners girlfriend who was yelling at me from the back.
great small place for lunch or breakfast. everything I've ever got from this place tastes great. the personal is always friendly and fast. it is very charming and has a home like feeling.
Love the bagels. Staff very friendly. Will recommend to others and will return regularly. Can't wait to try more food prepared there.
