Hands-down the best pizza ordering experience from... Lissa Quinones!!!!Lissa listened and executed thoughtfully! I explained to her that my daughter was a vegetarian that is absolutely paranoid about meat touching her food. Since I ordered a split pizza, Lissa was meticulous in it's preparation to make sure my 1/2 with pepperoni didn't touch my daughter's side. She went over and beyond to make sure the pizza cutter didn't touch meat.She is beyond sweet to talk to and deserves the utmost praise for being so kind and accommodating!Lastly, the pizza was absolutely delicious! Currently, this restaurant is quite underutilized. When you place an order through their website, it automatically states that delivery will take 45 minutes, no matter the number of staff or orders they have. If possible, opt for pick-up since they lack a way to communicate with their drivers. It seems that Jet's Corporation may have put this particular franchise in a difficult situation by not equipping their drivers with basic communication tools that most establishments offer, along with accurate online delivery estimates and adequate pay for the staff. The employees are friendly, and the food is good, but the delivery service takes too long.
I don't leave positive reviews. Until today. I placed an online order, picked it up, and left. On my way home yet, they called, and said they gave me the wrong pizza, had a new order in already, and would deliver it asap. 15 minutes pry. Well done in my opinion. Made a mistake, and before I even opened the box, made it right. I think the manager guy that delivered it was Mike.... but i could be wrong and i apologize. Outstanding customer service in my opinion.
I placed a phone order for a pizza and bread, and the person on the line said it would take 45 minutes. After that time passed, I called back, and they informed me it would take an additional hour and 20 minutes. After waiting a total of an hour and 20 minutes, we finally received our order. Unfortunately, the pizza was overcooked, and the bread was hard. We've never had issues with this restaurant before, but it seems to be going downhill.

Some of the best pizza that you can ever get. Deep dish is amazing. Hand tossed is great. Thin crust is beyond good. Wings and subs are superb. Salad options are exceptionally fantastic. And don't get me started on the breadstick options. Pure amazingness. Plus, if you have a wrong order here, they're right on top of fixing it. One of the best jet's locations out there.
I went to try Detroit-style pizza for the first time, and I had high hopes, but ultimately I was let down. Was the pizza tasty? Definitely! However, it didn't offer anything that I couldn't already find in Kansas. The delivery was prompt, and I don’t have any other complaints, but I could have just as easily ordered from Pizza Hut or Little Caesars.
This restaurant always serves the best pizza! During my wife's pregnancy, she always craved "Gooey Pizza," and this place never disappoints. I would highly recommend it—10 out of 10!
Pizza is amazing and has this Detroit style taste. I have some favorites from Detroit, but Jets will always go mine. This place always gets it right and has great staff.

My sister isn't from here and tried was pizza for the first time. It was burnt and the sausage made us sick. She couldn't even eat it.
My pizza and kebab were cold, and it took over 45 minutes to receive them.
