I eventually spoke with the manager, Shawn, who apologized but then proceeded to offer a series of excuses. He only offered me a $15 credit towards my next purchase, which made me feel frustrated and disheartened. I was shocked and decided that I would never order from them again after being misled. Shawn insisted he would take care of it, but at that point, I had lost all confidence.

Ordered a pizza. turbo sticks and a chocolate chip cookie pizza. The pizza was okay. The Bread was sooooo dry and over cooked and they didn’t give me my pizza sauce. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie and they gave me some kind of confetti cookie smh. Was our first time trying jetsnot impressed. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
