We travelled by train from Madrid to Segovia for a day trip, and like most tourists, headed into the Old Town, and to the Plaza Mayor, the centre of Segovia. The square has lots of restaurants around the edges, a bandstand in the middle, and no real traffic to speak of as it's more or less fully pedestrianised. Cafe Jeyma has outdoor seating with umbrellas, plus some inside and upper floor seating, and is positioned for a perfect view of the Cathedral. la verdad es que no entiendo por qué este sitio tiene reseñas tan malas... mi madre y yo estuvimos comiendo y sinceramente, súper bien. Menú muy sencillo, con una ensalada y alitas de pollo filetes de lomo, bastante bueno. En cuanto a los camareros, muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento. Lo cierto es que no tenemos queja alguna. Que no hay muchísima variedad de comida? es cierto, pero no por ello creo que sea malo. De hecho es de lo más económico que hay por la Plaza Mayor, porque teniendo en cuenta los precios de un menú que hay por esa zona...
We stopped here for a lunchtime snack during a visit to Segovia and ended up each having a small beer, accompanying (free) tapa, toasted sandwich and coffee. While thinking we had just ordered a sandwich (termed Viking on the menu and containing York ham and cheese) we were surprised to receive a toastie with chips and small salad. All of it was excellent and at a cost of €24.20 we felt it was excellent value for money given the cafe’s location in the main square. Service was also excellent while the toilets were very clean!
Hoy estuvimos mi hija y yo en Segovia,después de mirar un rato por los distintos bares de la Plaza Mayor,dimos con este sitio,la verdad,q nos pareció un sitio normal,comida buena,servicio al instante,y los camareros muy atentos,sin duda volveremos ,el sitio para comer,bastante acogedor

Desde mi experiencia… la cosa no ha ido mal. Está muy bien ubicado justo enfrente de la catedral, eso si. El desayuno no estaba mal, tostadas sabrosas, y el servicio del camarero ha estado correcto, un hombre muy amable.
Tomamos cócteles al final de la tarde, el servicio fue extraordinario. Los cócteles eran excelentes y también nos trajeron aperitivos. ¡Tuvimos un excelente servidor al que le encantó su trabajo!
Situated on the corner of the main plaza beside the cathedral, we popped in for a drink and some light tapas. Great service. Nothing bad to day. Popular and highly recommended.
Ubicado en plena plaza mayor. La tortilla muy rica y la atención muy buena. Lo único, es que no tiene variedad en la carta.
