Jillian's - Réserver une table

Absolutely the best culinary experience we had in some time. From the moment we came in, we were treated first. We had reserved a terrace table and were informed that the diners were not finished at our reserved table, but they would be happy to sit at a table or we could have a drink in the lounge. We chose a drink in their wonderful lounge and the hostess has informed us that the party at our table has paid the check and that they have set us up as soon as they left. This was a welcome change of many restaurants most only customers for granted. When the hostess accompanied us to our tables, we were amazed at the beautiful farm. As a frequent visitor of the valley we have refined most of the huge restaurants in the area and this location was one of the best. Out Server was a gentleman who was most attentive and never invaded our evening. He made a great experience even better. Then there was the food. The meal was exquisite and beautifully presented. I chose Lake Superior Whitefish Special while my wife chose the salmon in the parchment. I would like to order these same meals again. Jillian should be marked as a must to dinate. We will visit again in the near future.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give a place because Jillian deserves at least 10! We had a nice dinner here (6 of us) and it was for a special occasion. We sat outside in their beautiful terrace and it was just so pretty. Everything from the hostess, the waiting staff, the Maitre D and the Busboys was as elegant and wonderful as you can get. Let's talk about dinner. Oh, God! Every single court just met it from the park and was delicious. I just wish it was socially acceptable to lick your record!! We wish we had all the bigger appetite because we had eaten more. I write this review a few weeks after our visit, or I would post pictures and give you a detailed description of what we ate. I remember it was one of the best meals I've ever had in my life... it was so great! All involved made sure that we had a 6 star evening and I wish we had come closer so that we could be here at least weekly! Lower line GO HERE if you want one of the best meals in your life!

Delicious food and perfect execution! I had the pleasure of visiting my cousin's rehearsal dinner at Jillian, and everything was extraordinary. From food and wine to the waiter and venue itself, my family was very impressed by how the event came together. As a former waitress herself, I know it's not easy to serve dinner for many people at once without knowing their food choices before time, but you made it effortlessly look. I had two guests on my table with food allergies that the waiting staff did not know before the time, but they graciously took care of their needs without hesitation.

Romantic. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the desert. It's really nice. The illuminated terrace seat is romantic under the stars in the warm nights with a glass of wine. The interior reminds me of Santa Barbara and the bar area has a piano player to adjust the mood. Not to mention the food. Jay is by far one of the most talented chefs in this desert to be lucky. Yes, it's uplifted, but it's worth it if you have a few romance or a special suggestion spice.

Enchanting outdoor environment. Live music...but not obtrusive. Amazing menu! I had a lobster salad and scallops and risotto. The scallops are actually flown in from nantucket! Yes it is but not that much more than other substantially inferior places. Our waiter John was delightful.
