Jillybean's Ice Cream Treats

The external makeover and welcoming new logo made me very hopefully for a formerly ICONIC Dunedin locale, anyone that 's been here since the 80 's knows that 'Fritzee Freeze ', was fun and welcoming and delicious. I remember walking there from my housedown the street as a kid and taking my own very small children there-even as they were crumbling under the Recession. I wishthe new owner actually acted like she was happy to see a customer, a child giddy with excitement over a scoop of ice cream. Achild even more excited when I told the owner behind the counter that my son won this card for superior performance at theschool seconds from her location. Authentic mom and pop shop. This is a quaint little ice cream shop that has and does it all. If you want another corporately run business with cookie cutter atmosphere and food, this is not the place for you. If you want good food, great ice cream anda really nice group of people doing their best to make sure you're satisfied, this is where you want to be.

Reasonably priced delicious comfort food! I go here for lunch occasionally because it is close by and the food is really good! I definitely recommend trying the ice cream, and the burgers are delicious also!

Best food and ice cream! The owner is amazing! Seriously one of the coolest girls I have ever met. She does so much for the community too! It's awesome!!

The store is setup mom and pop style. The ice cream was good, but nothing great. The prices were fair and the staff is customer friendly.
