Alright I?m gonna level with you here; this is the best pizza shop. The best. Take your favorite pizza place and completely disregard it because it doesn?t hold a candle to the pie that the folks at Jimbos will whip up for you. The sauce is thatperfect medium-dark savory type that gives you that sweet sweet Umami moment, the cheese a perfect gooey/stringy tension thatbreaks at the perfect length (especially if you order it well done), and the CRUST. Oh the crust. I swear I had about sixty ofthese pizzas in college and every single time the crust was a classic tavern style that left me wanting another twenty squares.

Always our favorite local spot for thin crusty chicago pizza. Good sauce, toppings, and well cooked. The 19 inch Lemonster is our go to and as you can see is huge, took up my whole stovetop when serving. Another favorite of ours is the beef pocket which is essentially Italian beef, cheese and giardinara between two pizza crusts served with au jus and Marinara on the sidefor dipping.
