Have visited here on about 6 occasions in the last 4 years, none of them particularly fantastic but ok for cheap meals. Went there yesterday with a girlfriend for lunch and had the worst experience so far with their service and food. The staff couldn't have cared less in taking our order or discussing specials, one meal came out and we waited 10 minutes for the other one. After asking staff where my meal was she responded that my friend's meal would have got cold had they not served her first????? She could not have been less helpful. I finally got mine which was ok but the other one almost inedible. I won't be going back. There are too many good restaurants in Elwood to waste your time and...
A great restaurant and bar that has become an icon of Elwood. Fast, cheap and tasty food for those looking for a simple night out. And cheap drinks to go with it! Specials menu always offers that bit extra for those who are keen. Family friendly, yet just as nice for couples. Front communal table area is nice for a casual drink with friends. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy in the summer and the big front window slides open on those sunny days!
We had branch here, with a group of friend. The menu is good, with all the classics breakfast/ branch favourites. I enjoyed my coffee enough to have a 2nd. Service was prompt and friendly. This place had the option of sitting inside or out in their court yard. If we are in the area again I would give his place another go.
We popped in for a drink and dinner for our toddler but they don't have a kids menu despite having a small play area because the pizzas are pretty small anyway! So not sure who would want a small pizza if not a child! Pretty slow service too. Brunch menu looked nice but lunch menu pretty basic. Wine was cheap though!

This was our second visit and it was a pleasure. Being able to take the dog out the back and sit and enjoy our coffee and muffin offer. The muffins were not amazing but tasty all the same. The coffee is always well brewed and hot. Happy to go back again !
If you're after great coffee in a city filled with great Cafes, put Jimmi Jamz at the top of your list. I've enjoyed meals here also - good value and delicious. Staff are attentive also.
Love $6 Tuesdays very , very friendly service quick service and an excellent pizza just big enough . And I love food . I don't even mind the kids ha ha . Thanks JJs .
If you want a great evening or even an afternoon with friends and family. This is the place. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff and amazing setting.
