"Excellent customer service. I ordered an Italian Night Club on line. I picked up sandwich which was waiting as I walked in. Walked out to my car and unwrapped it. At first bite I knew this was wrong sandwich. Opened it up and it was a Turkey Sandwich, with lettuce, no tomato, no Mayo, nothing. I checked receipt on the bag and sure enough it was mine, my name, my order for Italian Night Club. I took the sandwich back in with receipt. They were super-apologetic, quickly made me the correct sandwich and I was back out the door in less than 5 minutes. Again, as I left I was apologized to. Ate the sandwich and it was great, well made, lots of meats and all the condiments. Thanks for a great expe...
