I put an order for delivery tonight. 35 minutes later, after I had not received my order, I called the store and they said they did not deliver to my area. They accused my company credit card, not delivered, and didn't call to say they didn't come. I ordered the delivery during the day for company dinner regularly and had no problems with delivery. I called and they told me they were too busy calling me. When I asked about the manager, I was hung up and she said she could take care of less. I called back and asked the manager to send me a credit receipt that proves that my card was credited, she said no. I usually don't write reviews, but this time after management treated me with such respe...
I am so excited about my experience here, I live 3 miles from the store and it took them at least one hour for me to get my food. This place made me lose faith in Jimmy Johns. I've asked for the status, and I'm not treated with any respect. Jimmy Johns has always lost my family as customers.
This place apparently doesn't carry Turkey anymore. Multiple visits over the past couple weeks with no signs, no indications of being out, just no Turkey... I'm starting to think Tony Bolognavich was right about this place. Id bet he at least stocks theitems he puts on his menu.
I placed a preorder through the app and arrived right as they were completing it. I saw that the same order was listed at nearly double the price I paid. While I get that delivery fees can raise the cost, $12 feels way too high.

Amazing Fast kind service! I was looking at the little sandwiches sitting on the counter, she asked me if I ever tried one and then proceeds to give me one and a dip for it! Thank you!
Never had an issue here and my sandwich is always consistent. I have not waited longer than 2 minutes for my order to be made any of the multiple times I have been here.
Paid almost $10 for a #2 just to recieve no tomatoes and a thin sliver of roast beef. There was more loaf than actual food in the sandwich. What a disappointment.
Not bad, every time I have a sandwich here I make sure I have my Dentist phone number handy, buns are as hard as a rock.
