We try and try to make this relationship work, but like an abusive relationship, we've been hurt one too many times and must speak out. We love Jimmy Johns, but this location is terrible... they rarely get our order right, which can be forgiven every once in a while, but not every time... Tonight's Order A Vito with no Mayo, add Jimmy's peppers An Italian night club, no Mayo, add Jimmy's mustard What we received 2 Vitos, one with Mayo, both with Jimmy's peppers, and none with mustard.... I'm also 90% certain I saw the employee notice the mistake of adding Mayo and then continue making the sandwich anyways...
This is my go-to sandwich chain. They offer straightforward yet delicious sandwiches. The bread is consistently fresh, and the delivery is quick. The only downside is the pricing. Everything is à la carte; so, a sandwich ($6.50), a drink ($2), and chips ($1.50) will end up costing you over $10 after tax. It's a bit more than I’d prefer to spend at a sandwich shop.
I usually don't order sandwiches for delivery, but I have to say that this place is great. fast service, good food and the staff are super friendly. I had delivered the wrong sandwich, decided not to deal with it, and the staff was great. I have a new sandwich without problems and did not feel so bad about disturbing them. would have ordered from here again!
The service here is consistently fast and efficient. The management and staff are always friendly. I accidentally placed the wrong order through the app, but when I returned, they kindly remade my sandwich for me at no charge, despite it being my error. This place is fantastic!
