Jimmy John's - Réservation de table

Not sure what happened with this location but over the last year it's gone down hill when it comes to accurately preparing orders. The last two times we ordered through the app, and we got 3 subs: little John (just salami and cheese), turkey Tom(no onions), and Jimmy Cubano with onions, hot peppers, and extra meat well I get home and the Jimmy cubano didn't have any of that and was still charged for the extra meat. Ok fine no worries it happens. A few months later we order from the app again same order listed before. This time the Turkey Tom comes with onions and the Jimmy Cubano came with no peppers. I usually don’t write reviews for fast food or fast casual restaurants, but I feel it’s important to acknowledge great service when I experience it. The team at the Jimmy John’s in Murrysville consistently does an outstanding job. Every time I place an order, it’s always ready on time and made perfectly. Plus, the rewards program is fantastic—I got this hoagie for FREE! I absolutely love the Italian Night Club; it's one of my favorite hoagies anywhere. Keep up the great work, Murrysville Jimmy John’s!

I initially waited five minutes in the drive-thru, but then spent another twenty minutes at the window. To make matters worse, I didn't receive the sandwich I had ordered; instead, I got a tortilla with hardly anything inside! I had ordered a number 9, which is an Italian sandwich, not a half-filled chicken wrap. The staff was unhelpful, and the management was even worse. I have no intention of returning, even if my meal were free. Overall, it was a terrible experience from beginning to end.

I love how fresh the bread and ingredients always seem to be. I love even more that they have a delicious vegetarian option with a GREAT avocado spread. I always add an order of hot peppers on the side and add them to my sandwich as I go. I definitely would recommend getting them if it you like spicy-but-not-burn-your-mouth-off spicy. The staff at this location seems to always be a very young group... and they friendly and efficient enough to keep me coming back for more. Réservez une table maintenant

The place is clean. The employees are nice. The food is horrible. If you want a cold sub, go to Subway. If you want a hot sub, go to Jersey Mike's. Don't ever go to Jimmy Johns unless you want to feel sick to your stomach. I had the Italian hoagie and their premium pasta salad side (which didn't taste premium) for my lunch. The blue Powerade was my favorite part of my meal.

I wasn't impressed. The tap-to-pay option caused the cash register to freeze, so I had to use a different payment method. When my food was ready, they didn't call out the correct order number on my receipt. If this is the usual experience here, I have nothing more to say.

I always enjoy visiting Jimmy John's. They are fantastic and make an effort to avoid food waste. When it's close to closing time, they offer extra meat and bread so that nothing goes to waste. I really appreciate that they do this!

I tried my first sandwich at Jimmy John's and it was quite good. I had a Cubano with onions and peppers. It was a bit pricey, but I really enjoyed it. Réservez une table maintenant

I had the worst JJ sandwich ever. The bread was so hard that it cracked! It even cut my mouth when I tried to take a bite.
