Jimmy John's - Réserver une table

Generally, this JJ location is just fine. They missing minor things on a fairly regular basis (no napkins, not cutting in half, forgetting sandwich customizations). Delivery is typically pretty quick, I live within 2 miles of this particular store. However, this is inconsistent. Today 's review gets probably 0 stars. But I 'll give 3 to even out with past experiences. As I write this review, I put in my order nearly an hour ago and still hasn 't left for delivery. I 'm unable to call the store as someone must have left the phone off the hook. There are too many inconsistencies with just quality and speed to rate this store any higher. I wonder if the guy who makes my sandwich is new. If so, I'm sure the situation is okay. Everything was clean and the workers were friendly. Normally my sandwich will be due to the time I finish paying (or closing) but I had to wait a bit. Not fast, only moderately fast. It wouldn't have disturbed me a ton, but my #6 Veggie had an embarrassing amount of salad on it. My sandwich felt empty! Most of my sandwich should be salad (or at least vegetables), not bread and cheese. Surprising, but I'm gonna go on with my life now.

Amazing customer service. I came in 5 minutes before closing (not knowing when they close) and these guys did not shut me off, but were incredibly ready to help me get my order in the Nick of Time - open to prep what I hoped to order. Talk about persistent positive impressions. These guys have it downstairs.

The enchiladas had a wonderful sauce in them. Atmosphere is casual and the wait staff were very nice.

These guys were busy, but they're always polite and the food was very good. Price on the right!
