I found bugs in my food, which was very upsetting. I contacted the company by email, but after two weeks, their only response was to ask me to complete a survey—completely inadequate given the issue. On top of that, my order had two mistakes. Because of this, I’ve decided not to return to the Jimmy John’s in Jonesboro. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with children.
I attempted to order an Unwich for delivery, but it arrived on a bun instead. It seemed like they either weren't paying attention to my order or simply didn't care. Disappointing... I eventually gave in to my hunger and tried the new Cubano sandwich. Unfortunately, it looks like I'll have to keep waiting for someone to make a truly good Cuban sandwich. (sigh)
I ordered a number 16 salad wrapped up, but it ended up spilling all over my shirt and staining it. This was my first time ordering it. The turkey had an odd taste, so I won't be ordering it again, even though I had a good experience the first time.
I tried the Slim Tuna sandwich at a catering event, and I have to say it was disappointing. The word "slim" seemed to refer mainly to the amount of tuna, as it felt like I was mostly eating bread with very little tuna inside. Réservez une table maintenant
This Jimmy John's location could be the best I've ever been to. The service was exceptionally quick, courteous, and accurate! Additionally, the signs inside were really entertaining to read.
Jimmy John's customizes each sub with freshly baked bread, and it's impressive how fast they prepare orders. Their menu offers excellent food!

"The rice was hard and crunchy, and the burrito wasn’t properly rolled. The person preparing my food seemed more interested in flirting with the person behind me than focusing on the order. Honestly, Taco Bell would have been a much better choice. I spent $14 on a meal I barely touched before having to toss it out."
