The staff at this restaurant are fantastic and very accommodating. However, the district manager is quite rude and seems to have little regard for either the customers or the brand. His treatment of the food is off-putting, and he doesn't seem to care about how he represents the establishment. I'm giving a rating of 4 out of 5 solely due to the kindness of the employees.
I received my sandwich quickly, which is typical when I go to Jimmy John's. The service that night (06/15/21) was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!
