Placed an order with Jimmy John's yesterday.Took over an hour for delivery understandable. It's the new Norm companies being short-staffed.What's not acceptablewas the quality of the food.The bread was extremely hard overcooked! ?The cookie I ordered did not expire until October 22 It was dry and hard.?How could they go wrong with a prepackagedCookie??

This Jimmy John's for one the staff rude, they over charge for cheese at 4.00 dollars when the sandwich comes with no cheese. The prices are Sky high I would recommend other options such as which wich

good food, but I wait for half an hour for my delivery and it has not yet been marked as a delivery. I have 2 sandwiches and nothing else.
