Tommy/ Tom/Tim or whatever the red head short man name is has a horrible attitude and poor customer service. My elderly mother sandwich was made wrong 3 times and this employee needs a serious attitude check. It?s not my mother fault that her sandwich wasmade incorrectly. No apology, rude staff, poor customer service. I had to go inside of the store and ask for cheese to fix mymother sandwich correctly.In the customer service/food industry, an employee should have patience and want to please thecustomer. This didn?t happen here. Wondering if demographics played a part in this!
11804 E. Oswego St. Suite BEnglewood, CO 80112. We have always ordered from this location without any issues. Today I called in to place a pickup order and as I started to order the employee interrupted and said we are not going to deliver to you to which I responded I wasn't wanting it delivered, I was picking it up. He then said either way I am not going to take your order. I asked why and he hung up. I called back to speak to a manager and he replied there is no manager and hung up on me again.
I usually will order a sandwich online with their app. There's almost never a wait when I go to pick it up, though there have been a couple of times recently where a wait was necessary. But, it's not really the staff's fault when they get that busy. They're all pretty friendly there, too. No complaints, really.
Very bad service. Was told that an online order took priority over me physically standing there to order and that there would be a 90 minute wait. Also was told they were out of French bread when I could see the bread behind the counter. Never will return to this location

Sandwiches are still really good but their service is definitely not freaky fast. It's silly slow. Before I moved to this location I could order from JJ and have my food in 10 15 minutes. Here; 45 minutes minimum.
It’s been over an hour and still hasn’t even left. I called they said short staffed, the past 4 times we have ordered it’s taken forever and often my sandwich is the original, not the favorite version I pay for.
You’re charging $12 for this tiny sandwich with just four ingredients and a small soda? Shaking my head, this place is disappointing.
I love getting hot dogs from this place! It's a fantastic spot! Vegetarian options: chicken.
