Jimmy John's - Réservation de table

I will never order from the south sioux city jimmy johns again. #1. Called and the worker answered hello? , not professional. #2. Said order would take 15-20 to be delivered (our location was 3 miles away), would have been great, but it took an hour and 15 minutes to be delivered! #3. I called at the 45 minute mark to see where our food was, he said oh it 's being delivered . Didn 't show up for another half hour. #4. The delivery guy sat in his car and waited for me to come out to his car window to get my food, didn 't get out at all. #5. Our order was wrong.In the big picture, these are not truly big problems in my life, but I know jimmy johns can do better.

Had a hair in my sandwich, they offered a refund but never gave one, called in 5 different times and was promised that the owner would issue a refund every time which never happened. Not even worth my time to pursue further but will not recommend or be back to this establishment

This location is only 3 minutes away from my apartment yet takes 30+ minutes to arrive consistently. Sandwiches are always soggy or incorrect and they always manage to give the wrong chips. Pop is also flat and watered down. Every. Single. Time.

The guy working in the drive thru window has got to be one of the nicest people! Its one of those people you wish him the best in life, thanks and awesome food as well! Réservez une table maintenant

Freaky fast and very good. It’s a fast food sub shop. They don’t do toasted subs but otherwise very good. The JJBLT is an underrated great sandwich

Last two orders took an hour to get here. The delivery smells like cigarettes, the driver must smoke in his car.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through for 2 sandwiches, that weren't made as ordered... We were the only car...
