During my last two orders from this restaurant, I received the incorrect meat and the extra meat I had requested was missing. This has happened before and I have encountered other issues as well. When I requested a refund, they informed me that I could only receive store credit if I placed an order over the phone. Since I only use the app, this policy does not benefit me. If I decide to order from this restaurant again, it appears that I will need to check my sandwich before leaving to ensure that it is prepared correctly, which seems unreasonable.
