Jimmy John's - Réserver une table

Went there this evening, and they were closed Fifteen minutes early due to no bread. For an establishment that bakes bread daily this was disappointing. The manager on duty lied about her name and thought I wouldn't know. This is unacceptable, I will visit a different location.

Customer Service is **** poor. If you order online then your sandwich might not be prepared correctly. If you can order from another Jimmy Johns I would suggest you do that.

Love this franchise. Love the food and consistency no matter which location. The Cajun chicken sandwich was awesome too.
