Jimmy John's - Réserver une table

I wish I could give this worker zero stars. I go in and she asks if I had placed a pickup order and I told her no I wanted to set up a togo order, and she shakes her head and says f and then when I sign my quitting without drinking money, she torn it and threw the entrance on the counter while I ran her head. I would have liked to leave a tipp per usual if it was not as unpleasant as I went in the door, then she went on to treat the customer exactly like that after me. I understand that people have bad days, but that was disturbed!

First off this is not a bash session. I've been going to this location for over 4yrs and the service was always on point until today. I ordered two unwich sandwiches and both were missing ingredients and incorrect (Not to mention I don't eat pork and mine had bacon added) so I call the location and they agreed to remake both.. And both were missing ingredients again. Smh at this point just fire the sandwich artist ugh!

I was very disappointed with my sandwich and my service. This was my first time ordering on line and my last. I had more bread, lettuce, and four tiny tomatoes. When I enter the store a guy spoke and didn’t offer to take my order. He was focused on rolling dough and less trying to serve me. If you would like your money’s worth go to Jersey Mikes.

Ordered and paid for delivery around 8:15pm.Called at 8:53pm, knowing that they close at 9. Was told multiple times by the staff that the food was coming. Never got food after 2hrs of waiting. Do not want a coupon and they can keep the money from the order. Just want an explanation. First and last time ordering from this location.

the best jimmy johns I've ever had. the manager and the staff were the best and friendly in food service. 10/10 recommend
