I ordered Jimmy John's to our hotel, but unfortunately, someone picked up our order before we could get it. I called the location to check if the subs were made according to the app specifications. The owner answered the phone and kindly replaced the sandwich ingredients at no charge, even though they had been delivered to the correct address. It was very generous of him, especially since it wasn't his fault. The subs were as delicious as ever. I really appreciate this situation and am grateful for kind local business owners like him!
Ordered Jimmy John’s to our hotel and unfortunately someone picked our order up before we got them. I called the store to question if subs were delivered as app indicated. The owner was in the store and happily replaced the subs at no charge although they did deliver to the correct location. Very nice man to do that and very accommodating even though it wasn’t their error. Subs were awesome as always. Love this location and grateful for nice local people like this gentleman who own great businesses!
1. Great Customer Service! No matter how busy they are, they always greet us and will chat with customers. 2. Freaky Fast! Again, they can be swamped with huge orders but that doesn’t seem to phase them on getting walk-in orders out fast. 3. The Unwich option….. Sometimes we just don’t want the bread so a lighter option. 4. Good tasting sandwiches and Deli Pickles. Never had a negative situation even with the Covid situation and staffing issues going on elsewhere.
First time visiting the Dothan location (placed in store to go order). I had the Thai chicken wrap and my wife had the Beach Club. We both really enjoyed the subs! The Thai chicken wrap was absolutely fantastic hour later still thinking about it. The team was very organized and efficient! The young man making the subs was listening to me and the cashier as the order was taken. He was on top of his game impressed! Definitely will return and recommend! Réservez une table maintenant

Google says 10:00 is the closing time. I get there at 9:03. One guy is sweeping and looked at me as I was getting out the car then looked away. I get to the door and I see another guy and he gives me.the thumbs down . Very rude . The worse part is that he was fixing food for.hisself.I will be calling cooperate about this.
I only ordered a few sandwiches from here, but they were all delicious. Recently, I received the wrong sandwich, but the staff was very apologetic. They quickly corrected my order and even offered me a couple of bags of chips as an apology. The employees are really friendly.
