Avoid ordering through the Jimmy John's website. It doesn't communicate your modifications to the store, which poses a significant allergy risk. I changed my turkey sandwich to exclude tomatoes, added mustard packets, and requested no ice in my drink. The only modification noted was the no ice because I had to specify it next to my name. Usually, I would ask for a remake, but I simply didn’t have time to wait since I’m busy with patients from 1:30 PM to 6 PM. This was my only opportunity to grab a bite before heading home to cook dinner. I just wanted a refund but was denied because the modifications weren't on my receipt, so now I'm out $15 and missed lunch. I won't be coming back.
1st time for a VERY easy online order...it all worked! Picked up through drive thru and drove to the park. All was good till I found the guacamole NOT spread on sandwich and NO knife. Didn't ruin my picnic; however, I was quite surprised. If this is the worst thing that happens to me.... I am truly blessed!!! See you again soon.
Friendly service. Yummy sandwiches. Grabbed sandwiches for our road trip today up Grand Mesa. We all had the turkey, swiss avacado with cucumber (I don't recall the name). It was very good. We had them out the avacado on the side and we added ourcondiments later so our sandwiches weren't soggy.
I recently relocated to the area and found that this Jimmy John's location is exceptional, especially compared to where I used to live! I've returned multiple times for fast, precise service and great-tasting food. Keep it up, Montrose!

Every item on our order was either not made how asked or completely wrong. Got sweet tea instead of regular. Extras missing. Sandwiches not cut. Pickles not cut. Bits of brown lettuce on Sandwiches. Nowhere near expectations
They told me, "We only have wheat bread," so I figured I'd still order a sub. But what I received was far from what I expected. I couldn't be more disappointed. Who goes to Jimmy John's for just sliced bread?
The sandwich was packed with ingredients. I've had bad experiences at other Jimmy John's where I felt like I was just getting bread, but this location really gets it right.
I don't have anything positive to share about this restaurant. A business's quality is heavily reliant on its staff. Wishing you the best!

The Thai chicken wrap is perfect, to big for me so I make two meals out of it. Service was great and the employee was very pleasant.
First time trying this place out and it was good! Fast friendly service. ????
