I love Jimmy John 's, I was having a bad day today so I decided to treat myself and i was so excited to get my sandwich and I walked in and said hi, the lady said hi...nothing else so I proceeded to ask for the Pepe...this older lady w/ a tattoo on her left arm (she wasn 't wearing a name tag) cut me off mid sentence and mumbled something about closing a register?? I don 't know what she said but she shut me up and didn 't apologize... fine whatever, i waited patiently. When she was finally ready I ordered and she had me repeat myself multiple times, also fine but apparently she couldn 't hear me very well so I raised my voice so she could hear me and this lady apparently thought I was raisi...
I went on my lunch break to order sandwich stood in line for 20 min to wait my turn to order. Only one person in front of me making big order. While standing one of the girls that was making sandwiches was touching her mask on her face adjusting and same hands same gloves was wrapping sandwiches…. I just wanted to puke…. Then same person was helping guy at the register and was touching register same hands same gloves than went back to her station to make sandwiches. Then another employee did same thing. I will never ever go there again knowing this and especially during covid 19 pandemic, let not to mention there is a big sign on the door no mask no service. Do not order from there do not go...
What's not to love? The staff here is helpful and friendly, the bread is fresh and soft. My daughter loves the salami here. I didn't know you could ask them to not scoop out the bread from the top half of the baguette. That's a game changer. I love two things, the option to get a slim, a mini, or a regular in all the main options and the day old bread for sale. The only bummer about this place right now is the construction around the street and parking lot. It's hard to get to. I like the Turkey Tom and the Beach Club, but I've been eyeing the Vito and may get it next time.
The owner of this franchise is quite unpleasant. She has raised the prices on sandwiches while decreasing the amount of meat included. If you think paying $11 for a sandwich and chips is reasonable, this place might be for you. The young staff member at the counter informed me that they now only use three thin slices of meat in their sandwiches. If you're looking for a quality sandwich with better ingredients, I recommend going to Jersey Bakes instead. Please, no automated apologies from the company.

Very rude. The girls working tonight had no customer service. They couldn 't serve me so I will never eat here again. If I had employees that couldn 't serve customers I would get rid of them so I wouldn 't have to close my business.
Always have to correct them when making my order I said no tomatoes and have to wait over an hour for food to get delivered less than half a mile away. Worst Jimmy John 's ever.
I arrived around 7:45 PM, but the restaurant was already closed, even though their hours indicated they were supposed to stay open until 9 PM.
It took forever. More importantly, it was just plain awful. Not fresh, not tasty. Boring sandwich in stale bread.
