Although its the same Jimmy The Greek but they turn it bad by skimping on serving quantity and make it a bad deal although you still pay the same premium price for every offering on the menu. Not a good value of money. Rude Staff, bad customer service!! Won't recommend going there to anyone!! I suggest go to First Canadian Place or Eaton Centre location for better experiences!!
Not only chicken quality is horrible also it was raw or had something’s wrong like worm inside , when I complained to the manager he was aggressive and rude. I will never eat from this place again. Make sure to open your chicken in half before you bite to ensure it is not raw. Staff working looked depressed. This is Young Shepherd branch… RUN DONT EAT
The food at this location isn't up to par. It's often poorly prepared, with old chicken and stale salad, among other issues. While three of the staff members are excellent, there's one representative in particular who struggles to communicate in English. Unfortunately, many Jimmy the Greeks locations don't maintain high quality.

Chicken was too dry from chicken souvlaki. Not worth the money. Counter people didn’t seem to look like they cared at all about the quality of the chicken and of me. I would’ve went to subway Sandwhiches had I known there was one around the corner and got fresh food at half the cost!!! Never again!!!
The food here is great and most of the employees are wonderful.The 1-star review is because I heard one of the employees call a South Asian customer Bin Laden , which was unprofessional and extremely racist.
It’s Jimmy the Greek, which is usually good. They don’t under cook the potatoes here and the souvlaki isn’t so dry, which is good. Good location.
The treatment of the staff is quite poor. I observed it firsthand. The owner is quite rude. I do not recommend visiting this restaurant.
