I regularly order lunch from here and have never encountered any issues—until tonight. I placed an order at 6:50 PM for delivery during my lunch break, but the order never arrived. When I called for an update, I found out that the restaurant was closed. I didn’t receive any notification to let me know the order wasn’t coming, which would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements with another delivery service. Now, at 7:40 PM, my lunch break is over, and I’m left without anything to eat during my 12-hour shift at Ford Motor Company. Thank you, Jimmy’s, for this inconvenience. I am very disappointed. My office is nearby, and we wanted to try a new restaurant in the area. I chose this place because it had decent star ratings, but I won’t be coming back. We ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and a spinach feta omelet. The burger was the worst I’ve ever had—it tasted like imitation meat—while the omelet was just as bad, with too much feta making it taste off. The crispy hash browns were served as soggy little cubes. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean, but I really wish the food had met our expectations!

April 10, 2022. Formerly “Jimmys”, It now has new owners and is called “Lisa’s”. Same decor. Clean. Friendly staff. Already good food and adding new items. Resonably priced. I ordered a bagel, rice pudding, and a large chocolate milk. The combination was enough for a full meal, and I really enjoyed it! I cleaned my plates completely. We've dined here multiple times and have always enjoyed the friendly and quick service. During my last visit, I had the club sandwich, and it was fantastic. The fries were also impressive, definitely above average for a Coney joint. We’ll be returning again soon!
